I identified a few problems from the original version that my team submitted for the 2022 Global Game Jam.
The clunky and fixed UX and UI does not consider the 8-12 aged audience and the different skill level, strengths, and impediments they may have.
The UX and UI do not align with the game’s intended message of collaboration. The game can only be played solo and the UI’s visuals are not aligned with the aesthetics of the fantasy pixelated artwork.
